Our Federal Workers’ Compensation work revolves around our proprietary Workers’ Compensation Claims Management System (“WCCMS”).

Our System:

Facilitates case management functions
Records all relevant data and workload management features
Maintains real time communication between case management
User-defined fields to track and analyze data

Create ad hoc and specialized reports
Maintains a current database of FECA specific program information
Diary module facilitates reminders for follow up action on claims
Tracks all internal and external communications

WCC is able to provide Agencies with management information and reports on all types of program data. We work with each client Agency to produce a format and content for that will meet the needs of the specific Agency. Our WCCMS powerful search engines and flexible reporting capability combined with on-demand technology offer a complete solution that’s cost effective and easy to implement.
