Agency Cost Savings

WCC controverts and challenges these types of claims on behalf of the Agency and follows the case through the DOL OWCP adjudication process.  Our review of agency Chargeback bills often results in substantial savings from other errors including coding errors and improper compensation paid by OWCP, often past the day of return to work.   WCC is actively involved in the process of making these corrections and decreasing the cost to the agency.
